Who we are

Brother Processing Solutions is a Canadian payments company based in Montreal, Quebec. We operate as an independent sales organization referring merchant accounts to regional bank partners and providing related payment processing services.

The site

This website is informational. Submitting the apply form, contact form, or any other form on this site does not establish a merchant account. A merchant account is only established when a signed merchant agreement is in place between you and our underwriting bank partner.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when applying, to operate within the rules of your applicable licenses and regulatory framework, and not to use our services for prohibited activities under our bank partners' rules.

Limitations

We do our best to keep this site accurate but make no warranty about specific outcomes (approval timelines, rates, settlement speeds). All financial terms are governed by your signed merchant agreement.
