Brother Processing Solutions is looking for a confident, motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing remote team.
We help businesses simplify payment processing with reliable merchant services and support that actually answers. In this role you are the first voice a business owner hears — you explain what we do, find out whether there is a fit, and hand a qualified appointment to a Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities
What you'll do.
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Introduce our merchant services and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
- Update CRM records with accurate notes and contact information.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads over time.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver an excellent experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
What you'll bring.
- At least 1 year in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
Nice to have
Helpful, not required.
- Experience in merchant services, payment processing, POS systems, or B2B sales.
- Experience using CRM platforms or similar systems.
